Garlic Ponzu Kale Stir-Fry
Garlic Ponzu Kale Stir-Fry: My Kid’s Favorite Way to Eat Kale
If you’ve ever struggled to get your kids excited about leafy greens, this recipe might surprise you. This garlic ponzu kale stir-fry is hands-down the easiest and most delicious way to enjoy kale in our house - and yes, it’s officially my 9-year-old’s favorite.
The secret? Lots of fragrant garlic, a splash of ponzu for bright umami flavor, and a quick stir-fry that keeps the kale tender but not soggy. It’s a simple Japanese-inspired side dish that comes together in minutes and pairs perfectly with rice, grilled fish, or even as a topping for noodles.
If you’re looking for a fast, kid-friendly vegetable dish that actually gets eaten, this is the one.
