Where to Find Yuzu Jam
Yuzu jam (also labeled as yuzu tea, yuzu marmalade, or yuzu syrup) is commonly sold at Korean markets and Japanese grocery stores. I always keep a jar in my winter pantry because it instantly elevates cozy recipes - from teas to marinades to quick side dishes like this one. I often use this one.
My grandma in Japan once made yuzu marmalade with homegrown yuzu fruits. The recipe is shared here.
Holiday Salad Idea: A New Take on Roasted Brussels Sprouts
For years, my go-to holiday season side dish was simply roasted brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt. It's easy, and the natural sweetness of roasted sprouts always wins over a crowd. But adding yuzu jam brings a citrusy brightness that pairs beautifully with parmesan and cranberries, and with even the creamy mayonnaise making this version truly stand out on any holiday table.
If you love winter citrus flavors or want a refreshing upgrade to your usual roasted vegetable dishes, this Yuzu Brussels Sprouts will definitely warm your winter gatherings.
